I had been wondering about how I developed the tight muscle your video addressed. I will work on the stretching. For me the muscle tension develops from overworking this muscle during my frequent efforts to use it to drive the ball farther. It is a que to me to rely more on my core muscles and delay the clubhead. This takes the pressure off this muscle to perform. I do want to strengthen both forearms however to help in controlling shape and trajectory. I will use this great exercise to limber it up! What a nice surprise to find the video on elbow pain!
